Dear CWC Parents,
My apologies for my delay in sending my weekly email this week. I have been out of town, but now that I am back, I wanted to update everyone about the exciting events that we have planned for the upcoming week and a half.
NEXT WEEK IS OUR LAST WEEK OF PRACTICE
First, I need to remind everyone that next week will be our last official week of practice. This season has flown by, and I hope that each of your kids have had as much fun as we did. We are planning to celebrate the season during our Annual Winter Session Banquet, which is more like a BBQ, and which is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, March 13. More information on the banquet to come.
(Also, we are currently making arrangements for our Spring Session, and I will send out dates, times, and sign up information as soon as I am able.)
IMPORTANT WRESTLING MATCH INFORMATION
We have two matches coming up in the coming week. You can find information about each match below. PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY TOMORROW NIGHT (THURSDAY) IF YOUR CHILD WOULD LIKE TO WRESTLE IN THE MATCHES THIS SUNDAY (ALL AGES) AND NEXT TUESDAY (ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL ONLY).
SPECIAL PEE WEE PRACTICE NEXT TUESDAY
Next Tuesday will be the final Pee Wee practice. We will meet for a fun-filled final practice in the UVA Wrestling Room at Onesty Hall. Practice will begin at 6 pm.

- Sunday, Feb. 21, 2:30 - 5:30 pm, at Orange County High School (201 Selma Rd, Orange, VA 22960) - Matches against Orange County, Greene County & Madison County (Wrestlers should arrive at Orange County High School by 2 pm to get warmed up and ready to wrestle.) - THIS MATCH IS FOR ALL WRESTLERS (PEE WEE, ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE SCHOOL)
- Tuesday, Feb. 23, 6 pm - 8 pm, at Cornerstone Church of Augusta (1156 Tinkling Spring Rd. Staunton, VA) - Match against Young Warriors Wrestling Club - THIS MATCH IS FOR ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL WRESTLERS ONLY AND IT WILL TAKE PLACE IN LIEU OF THE NORMAL TUESDAY NIGHT ADVANCED PRACTICE.
