Dear CWC Parents,
What a great week it has been! From the middle school and elementary matches with Fork Union and Covenant last week to the matches with Madison and Fluvanna this past weekend, your children have represented the Cavalier Wrestling Club with both skill and class. We're all very proud of your kids.
We have some more exciting things in store for this week. Please read below to find out more.
Team pictures
We will have team pictures taken for the MIDDLE SCHOOL and ELEMENTARY wrestlers this Thursday, February 12 at 6 pm in the UVA wrestling room. We encourage everyone (excluding pee wee) wrestlers to be there for pictures that night. PLEASE WEAR YOUR CWC T-SHIRTS.
PEE WEE wrestlers will have their pictures taken next Tuesday, February 17 at 6:30 pm in the Albemarle High School wrestling room. Again, we encourage all pee wee wrestlers to the be there that evening, and PLEASE WEAR YOUR CWC T-SHIRTS.
A big thanks to Tod Cohen of TSS Photography for coming out to take these photos. Parents - after the photos are taken, you will receive a follow up email from TSS Photography with information about how to order your child's photos. All prints will be mailed directly to you.
Match this weekend
Many of you received the email from Coach Kammauff earlier today about the late-developing match this Sunday, February 15 against Greene County. Wrestling will take place at William Monroe High School in Stanardsville, starting at 2 pm. This match is open to all ELEMENTARY AND PEE WEE WRESTLERS.
